Service Description
Are we changing your natural color or covering gray while Highlighting your ends? This Foiled application with root touch up is the perfect combination for that, followed by a haircut and style. A Detox or Conditioning treatment might need to be performed with this service, if hair is compromised. We will determine this during our pre service consultation.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life sometimes brings unexpected changes, however, in order to accommodate my clientele and provide the most accurate booking slots, there will be a $25 fee for every service scheduled if you cancel your appointment with less notice than my 24 hour cancellation policy. RETAIL POLICY: All sales are final. Exchange of products can be done within 14 days of purchase. Karla Hauptly Studio will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs, the value can be applied towards new product. Cash or Credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. Any retail exchanges can't be used as a service credit.
