Service Description
Must pick this option if hair takes more than 15 minutes to blow dry. A shampoo and basic conditioning service to be performed on super long and thick hair. Haircut is followed up by blow dry style service. 90 minutes are required to perform this service, instead of my basic 60 minutes service,
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life sometimes brings unexpected changes, however, in order to accommodate my clientele and provide the most accurate booking slots, there will be a $25 fee for every service scheduled if you cancel your appointment with less notice than my 24 hour cancellation policy. RETAIL POLICY: All sales are final. Exchange of products can be done within 14 days of purchase. Karla Hauptly Studio will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs, the value can be applied towards new product. Cash or Credit back for returned retail products isn't an option.
