When I'm not behind the chair, life is beautifully simple. You'll usually find me searching for easy Mexican food recipes that deliver amazing flavor without requiring every pot and pan in my kitchen. My famous chocoflan and strawberry tartles were inspired by that philosophy and they are always a crowd favorite.

I cherish my time at home with a great audiobook or podcast, but I also love spending time with friends whenever the opportunity arises. Building meaningful relationships both inside and outside the studio, is something I truly value.

As a Hair color specialist, I have dedicated my career to mastering the art and science of hair color. While I am highly skilled in dry cutting techniques, my passion lies in creating customized color that enhances each guest's natural beauty and lifestyle. I love crafting results that feel modern, sophisticated and effortless beautiful while achieving great gray blending or full coverage results.

Continued education and staying ahead of industry trends allow me to bring the latest techniques, shine enhancing treatments and color innovations to every appointment. My goal is always the same: to help you feel confident, refreshed, and empowered every time you leave my chair.

Originally form Chihuahua Mexico, I am proud to be a bilingual hairstylist serving women from all walks in life. I've built a great life in Des Moines with my husband, an Iowa native. Together we're raising our awesome highschooler son Evan and our handsome pup, Onyx. Our Iowa University graduate daughter, Tahlia, visits once in a while along her fantastic dog Theo.
