The Pre-Visit

Have you ever been so nervous to get your hair done by a new-to- you stylist?

Don't worry! That won't happen here!

We will talk about past, present and future hair goals to ensure we create a sustainable plan for your daily routine.

You'll receive an email confirmation right after your visit is scheduled online. A text message will be sent to you as well, but it will arrive 48 hours before your visit. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact me via email and I will respond within my business hours.

 

On the day of your visit please take these steps into consideration:

*Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

*We have plenty of free parking spaces

*Send a text message to (515)212-7460 with your first name

*I will text you back when I am ready for you to come inside  ZaZa studios.

*I offer complimentary variety of beverages (sodas,  coffees, tea, beer, wine or water)

The Consultation

As a new guest, our first visit would be a little bit longer than normal. We will focus on many aspects about your hair and daily routine. My main focus would be to discover your hair texture, porosity and integrity of the hair shaft before we get a plan of action. We will also talk about your priorities to achieve your desired end result and the investment that will be required to maintain the look at home and in future visits. I am not a one size fits all kind of stylist and you my dear are one of a kind and you will be treated as that.

Post Visit

After your visit you will receive a digital receipt via Square. Your next visit may be scheduled online at your earliest convenience.  I would recommend not waiting longer than 2 weeks after your last visit if you prefer a night or weekend appointment.

I will keep a record of the hair products used and of your color formulas for future references. I sell all the Kenra styling products used on your visit. And you are more than welcome to visit my online store for any other products that you might want to explore.
