My Life Outside the Studio

Is pretty simple, most of the time you will find me looking for Mexican made easy recipes-- that ones that don't require all my pots and pans and three hours of cleaning afterwards. My Chocoflan and Strawberry Pie were born that way and are out of this world! I enjoy the comfort of my home while catching up on all the drama of "90 Day Fiance" and eating Garret's popcorn delivered from Chicago! (yes I am a little obsessed with popcorn...)

Hair Color Specialist

Though I have mastered the skills of hairstyling techniques of all varieties, my specialty and most requested services are hair color applications. I love dimensional colors as I'm passionate about foiled and balayage trends, while ensuring those pesky little grays coverage. Of course I can also give you bombshell blonde and fiery red hair color results if that is what you are into. I enjoy keeping up with latest hair color trends and bringing new levels of sophistication and shine to any and all colors requested.

My History as a Stylist

I graduated from the American College of Hairstyling in 2002 and got my beginning in the beauty industry through Regis Corporations. I had the honor of managing one of their salons where I went on to receive many awards. It was through my passion, proven expertise and loyal clientele that I was able to take the leap to be on my own and establish my bilingual studio inside Salon ZaZa in 2009.

One more thing...

I am a bilingual professional hair stylist born and raised in the beautiful and super hot state of Chihuahua, Mexico. I left it behind to start a beautiful journey with the love of my life in the lovely and very cold weather state of Iowa and together we are loving parents to a creative, smart and sensitive daughter and a young, energetic and curious son.
