Fashion color requires highlighting hair to a precise level to achieve beautiful direct deposit fashion colors, length of hair and desired end result will determined the final price. If hair has been colored to a darker levels previously this service might have to be booked and paid for twice. Detox treatment performed before service.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life sometimes brings unexpected changes, however, in order to accommodate my clientele and provide the most accurate booking slots, there will be a $25 fee for every service scheduled if you cancel your appointment with less notice than my 24 hour cancellation policy. RETAIL POLICY: All sales are final. Exchange of products can be done within 14 days of purchase. Karla Hauptly Studio will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs, the value can be applied towards new product. Cash or Credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. Any retail exchanges can't be used as a service credit.
