Service Description

Dimensional color application using the latest foil techniques. This a service recommended for lighter color desired results follow by Blow dry style. For an extra shine, you must book gloss/toner service to enhance tonality and eliminate unwanted yellow tones. depending on hair structure a Detox or Conditioning treatment will be added to service. Length and thickness of hair may also increase price and service timing. these factors will be determined at consultation.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life sometimes brings unexpected changes, however, in order to accommodate my clientele and provide the most accurate booking slots, there will be a $25 fee for every service scheduled if you cancel your appointment with less notice than my 24 hour cancellation policy. RETAIL POLICY: All sales are final. Exchange of products can be done within 14 days of purchase. Karla Hauptly Studio will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs, the value can be applied towards new product. Cash or Credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. Any retail exchanges can't be used as a service credit.
